Tamara Castañeda

Tamara is a Neuroscientist by training and received her PhD from the University Complutense of Madrid, Spain. She is an expert on the central nervous control and the physiology of circadian rhythms in rodents. She joined the group in October 2002 as a Postdoctoral Scientist in Potsdam. One year later she moved to Cincinnati where she began focusing on numerous projects and collaborations regarding the neuroendocrine control of energy balance, as well as co-leading a new study group.
